It’s been 34 years now that the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry presents its awards to the best and brightest of the Greek community.
The annual ceremony is one of the staples of the Greek Australian social calendar, an opportunity to celebrate excellence, to acknowledge contribution, to applaud innovation, business acumen and the significance of entrepreneurship as an integral factor and a binding element of our community.
In a year marked by unprecedented circumstances, the HACCI Awards were also inevitably affected. Due to COVID19 restrictions, the famous annual gala ball would not be allowed to take place – but in the true spirit of innovation, the HACCIs were quick to adapt and are taking place as a glorious digital ceremony connecting Australia with Greece and the world- and everyone is invited to attend.
Held at the Hellenic Museum – one of Melbourne’s most elegant and iconic buildings – the digital ceremony will be streaming live into your screen of choice, bringing the ‘night of nights’ to everyone’s home.
